How to Connect Craft to Cursor with MCP

You can enable an MCP server for your documents, allowing Cursor to interact directly with your content. This guide walks you through setting up the connection between Craft and Cursor using MCP.

먼저 MCP를 활성화해 데일리 노트용 MCP 서버가 만들어질 수 있게 설정해야 합니다. 그 후 Cursor에서 해당 MCP URL을 사용해 서버에 연결하세요.

"상상해보기" 탭을 열어보세요

"첫 번째 MCP 생성"을 클릭하세요

MCP 연결에 이름을 설정하세요.

"문서 추가"를 클릭해 이 MCP를 연결할 문서를 선택하세요.

문서와 연결되는 MCP URL이 이제 상단에 표시됩니다.

Adding an MCP Connector in Cursor

Create a new connector in Cursor and use the MCP URL from Craft to connect the two services.

Step 1

Go to Cursor’s MCP Settings by typing >mcp in the command palette and selecting “View: Open MCP Settings”

Open the MCP configuration file by clicking the “Add Custom MCP” button

Step 3

Copy the following MCP configuration and paste it into the MCP configuration file in Cursor. Replace craft with a descriptive name for your MCP server. Replace <MCP_URL> with the MCP URL from Craft.

Step 4

Save the MCP configuration file. It should look something like this example.

Step 5

You should now see the MCP server in the list of MCP Servers in Cursor. If you have configured a password, click the “Configure” button and follow the browser steps to log in.

You can now ask Cursor about your documents, and even have them updated. Try something like this to get started:
