Memory Capsule

You don't need a separate journaling app. Memory Capsule reads your existing Craft Daily Notes and generates mood heatmaps, theme analysis, and word clouds — revealing patterns in what you already write, without changing your workflow.

Build It Yourself

Step 1 — Write in Craft Daily Notes

Use Craft's Daily Notes as your journaling space. Write naturally — there's no special formatting needed. Memory Capsule analyzes whatever you write.

Step 2 — Enable the Craft API

Enable read-only API access on your daily notes. Memory Capsule reads your entries to generate analytics but never modifies them.

Step 1

"상상해보기" 탭을 열어보세요

Step 2

"첫 번째 API 추가"를 클릭한 뒤, "이 스페이스의 모든 데일리 노트"를 선택하세요

Step 3

API 연결에 이름을 설정하세요. 이 프로젝트를 위해서는 API가 문서에 "읽기" 권한이 필요합니다. API 권한을 "읽기"로 선택해주세요.

Step 4

Step 3 — Set Up Memory Capsule

Clone the Memory Capsule repository, install dependencies, and start the dev server. Configure your Craft API key and an OpenAI key in the Settings page, or deploy to Vercel for access from any device.

git clone https://github.com/Lemirq/memory-capsule-craft.git && cd memory-capsule-craft && npm install && npm run dev

Step 4 — Explore Your Mood Heatmap

Memory Capsule scores each journal entry for emotional tone and displays it as a color-coded heatmap across weeks and months. Spot patterns in your emotional landscape at a glance.

Step 5 — Get AI Reflection Prompts

Based on your journal patterns, Memory Capsule generates personalized reflection prompts and writes them back into your Craft daily notes. These prompts help you dig deeper into recurring themes and explore new perspectives.

The Result

Your Craft Daily Notes become a full-featured AI journal — with mood analytics, theme discovery, and intelligent reflection prompts. You keep writing naturally in Craft, and Memory Capsule reveals the patterns hidden in your words. The project is open source — fork it to build your own analytics layer on top of Craft Daily Notes.
