🧭 Navigation and Settings overhaul

Navigation has long been one of our most-discussed topics. Over the years, we’ve made tweaks, but changing something ingrained in muscle memory is never easy. That’s why, this time, we’re taking a slower, more thoughtful approach. We’re reimagining navigation to better reflect both the most common feedback we’ve heard and our long-term vision, ensuring we** get it right**.

On iPhone, under the three-dot menu, you can customize the top widget as Recent, Starred, or hide it completely.

✨ New “Me” section

Settings have also been a common point of feedback, specifically that they’re scattered and hard to find. To help with that, we’re bundling a new “Me” section with the navigation update. It will provide a single,** centralized location for all your settings** and pave the way for more control and customization in future updates.

🔍️ Search

Search just got smarter. We've laid the groundwork for a stronger, faster, and better search experience. On Mac and iPad, it’s also available in every section - All Docs, Starred, Shared with Me, Tasks, and Calendar.

Hovering over the yellow results badge, you will be able to see and navigate quickly to the exact part of your document.

📩 Email to Craft

Are you an avid newsletter reader? Or rather, the “inbox zero” type? With Email to Craft, you'll be able to** forward anything to your Craft space**. Create new docs or send things to your Daily Note – or turn your emails into tasks and set deadlines to plan your days.

You can set it up through Settings > Integrations.

From now on, if you enable the wide-page layout for your document under Style > Advanced, this setting will be respected in the Publish page as well - especially helpful if you have large tables and collections!
